Please review the following terms before placing your order:

The Karakul pattern used in our designs is a natural, organic print upscaled to a maximum width of 60 cm.
Depending on the pillow size selected, a section or scaled version of the original pattern may be used.
As a result, certain pattern details may appear softer or more blurred when viewed up close, especially compared to high-resolution screen images.
At a normal viewing distance (approximately 2 meters), the full design effect is revealed and makes a striking visual impact in any space.

All pillows are made to order and custom-crafted according to your selected size and pattern.
Due to the nature of small-batch production and availability of fabrics, material finishes (such as the satin backing) may vary slightly depending on stock at the time of production. We ensure that all variations remain within our high standards of quality and aesthetic.

As each piece is custom-made, please allow 3 weeks for production prior to shipping.
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started.

Due to the custom nature of each item, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
